oh, ok, I was just wondering, because I wanted to use phpalugen, with my vb.net express edition application, is there any way I can use phpalugen with my vb.net express edition application?

The answer is No.
PHPAlugen current version works with the old ALCrypto only which is no longer available. It must be updated first which is a very hard task and noone is up to it. except Zeropoint.
